@virginmedia I need to know when I will have internet, nobody can tell me when the cable pull can be done. This is not acceptable, I work from home!

@virginmedia I had two technicians come out and said I need a cable pull. The cable pull was scheduled for today. I have taken the day off work to wait and this has now been rescheduled without my knowledge to the 15/09. By then I will have been over 3 month without WiFi.
