@ScuffCatvt in fairness, some of this is because of the "That's so stupid that it doesn't even actually work physically" aspect that people usually handwave "but its supposed to be that absurdly dark"
like I dont care how dark it is, the physics/logistics just doesnt work.
@ScuffCatvt 1) Servitor-guided missiles
2) That one piece of fluff where they talked about ship cannon loading basically being thousands of slaves manhandling/hauling the macrocannon shells inch by sweaty, bloody inch, some dying every time.
@vthebluu I kind of feel like the visit visa would take longer to process (she's quoted 8+ months a couple of times based on the last one she had) than there's been since last time. Miracles do happen, but paperwork is a beast.
@vthebluu I think I may have said this to you before on this issue, but it bears repeating.
If you're self-aware enough to go "Am I the problem?" then 95% of the time, you're not the problem, you're fine.
@john31337@timruss2 He's under the impression (because it isn't explicitly forbidden, and the pardon power is so vaguely written) that he can pardon himself.
@NamelessVirus09@vwithbluu Michi's schedule is a little weird at the moment due to the ongoing chair shenanigans. I wouldn't take anything written down for the next coupel of days as gospel
@libriscent Normalise understanding that "if they wanted to, they would" frequently doesn't work when you're dealing with neurodivergent people (including trauma, ptsd and most autistic and attention span/exec function issues)
@TaliesinEvitel I sometimes think about moving back there, as I remember some good times I spent there when I was younger, but the whole "200 miles away from all our friends" kind of puts a damper on it.
@PirateSoftware This one's been addressed. It was always intended to be a time-limited thing, which mouse's side was fully happy with. The timing is just a coincidence.
@pallnandi "If he wanted to, he would" also only really works in a context where said person does not have a neurodivergent thing that affects executive function, dopamine response, attention etc (e.g. ADHD, although there are others that can look similar.)
