Has anyone any idea how long it usually takes @AskPTSB / @PTSBIreland Fraud Helpline to answer? I got text to ring them after I was doing something and it’s genuine I’m sure. It’s supposed to be 24 hour service. I’ve tried twice. On hold for over 10 mins on 1st call, 15 on 2nd.

@clongent At least they’re not on the footpaths for a change. Another bugbear that @ClonAccessGroup has been trying to get the relevant authorities to tackle for years. Along with those bloody e-scooters.

@clongent @deehumph @Corkcoco @ClonAccessGroup Tiles (the bubbly surface). They’re for blind people. When they feel them underfoot or with white cane, they know they’re at a crossing point and assume it’s clear to proceed ahead. Supposed to be one each side of street at crossing points (obviously). Imagine someone using this.

@clongent @deehumph @Corkcoco The @ClonAccessGroup have been campaigning for years about issues around town like this. Imagine if you were poorly sighted or not great on the feet, what the potential consequences could be.
Your photo also points out the stupidity of the positioning of those tactile paving.
