This is more clear-cut economic persecution. It goes beyond simple racism. If they can’t murder us because the world is watching, they’ll just push us out of our jobs and homes until we die starving in the streets.

But don’t worry — if you apply for refugee status and say you fear both violent persecution AND economic destruction, they’ll simply reply that, because you’re poor and being forced onto the streets by your own government, you’re clearly not in fear for your safety. You’re just an economic migrant. And fuck you for being too poor to find another way to get your family to safety.

I actually hate this country now. It has become a shithole. I wish my relatives had never wasted their blood, sweat and tears fighting against apartheid. They fought so that I could suffer the punishment for the very system they helped end. Tell me how that is fair or justified. Nobody... and I mean NOBODY in my family, or even extended family, benefited from or supported that fucking retarded regime... NOBODY! I have NEVER been privileged, we have struggled my ENTIRE life. Nothing I have has been given to me... we have fought tooth and nail to get everything we own, but we are going to end up losing it all...

If a White person owns even one share, your company is automatically disqualified. A firm that has complied with every BEE code for twenty years still gets the door slammed in its face. Competence, price, track record, and experience count for nothing. Skin color is the only qualification that matters.

Gerhard Papenfus of NEASA put it plainly, White male-owned businesses, even partly White-owned businesses, are completely shut out.

This is economic warfare against White South Africans hiding behind policy.

What does this actually achieve?

It shrinks the supplier base. It drives up prices. It hands contracts to connected tenderpreneurs who then subcontract the real work back to the very people the state just banned, while pocketing a fat cut.
It guarantees worse service delivery for the public while the political elite and their friends get richer.

The ANC government now wants to ban competent White businesses from fixing a school roof or repairing a water pump simply because they are White.

This is Apartheid 2.0 with the racial roles reversed and a fresh coat of “previously disadvantaged” paint. And they have the nerve to call it justice.

White South Africans are being deliberately frozen out of the economy one regulation at a time. First the farms, now the tenders. How much longer before they just say the quiet part out loud?
