Tomorrow, as Maryam and our two kids go on vacation, I will give my @tesla to my best friend Jeff Stevens @Medical_Biomark.
Why? Because he is fundraising for his new AI medical device company and I wanted him to go to meetings on Sand Hill Road feeling excited for the future he is building because an autonomous car drove him there to do his pitches.
I have seen the work he has put into it and it is inspiring.
Love you Jeff and I won’t be shocked if it is oversubscribed.
Plus he is the reason I got a new suspension from @UnpluggedTesla and it is a joy to ride in now. Or drive on a curvy road.
I like driving it now as much as I liked driving a Ferrari. Well almost but we were on curvy roads with no traffic with the Ferrari. In traffic I will take my Tesla every time.
Unplugged Performance is amazing.
I understand now why most of the Tesla execs have them do the same to their cars.
Thanks Jeff for improving my life more than any other.
I have no financial interest in either company. Just love them.
So great meeting with @UnpluggedTesla and its founder Ben Schaffer.
They have four sizeable buildings. In one they are doing $300,000 complete makeovers of Teslas.
Way out of my budget. Ben drives the same car I do (one of the original Model 3’s). He told me that for 23 years he keeps putting profits back into his business.
I love the suspension I bought from them. They are way way way better than stock.
After an historic victory against Germany at the #FIFAWorldCup on Match Day 4, Japan fans cleaned up their rubbish in the stadium, whilst the @jfa_samuraiblue left their changing room at Khalifa International Stadium like this. Spotless.
Domo Arigato.👏🇯🇵
@UnpluggedTesla This was 2015, during his visit while we were working on launching the A90. At Petersen he was thrilled to see his FR-S representing American tuner culture proudly. We tried to knock on your door for a Supra build but by then you were clearly heading on the UP path.
