@LaFabricaSoccer Any professional should have the highest level education possible and competence and experience. Let’s stop paying any coach to coach youth until they have a license (or PE teaching education) and experience coaching at GR. Apprenticeships next to volunteer role and a mentor
@ribeiromichel10 To develop creativity it must be an original thought of the player so it is vital we do not coach while the player is on the ball. Too many times it’s shoot, your in, switch it, go go go, send it in USA. Give the best part of the game to the players and observe and be surprised
