John understands why it is absolutely critical to pass Missouri's Amendment 4 on Tuesday, August 4th. If we do not, Missouri could easily become crazy Colorado. #YesOn4#MOLeg
@PaulSac88 Because Missouri hasn’t been Republican enough.
The @MOFreedomCaucus has changed that by making the Legislature be more conservative by passing Amendments 3, 4, & 5 & placing them on the statewide ballot for the people to pass, exactly as the people had demanded.
Amendment 4 protects the integrity of our elections and our Constitution by increasing transparency, keeping foreign money out and ensuring Missourians remain in control.
Vote Yes on Amendment 4 on August 4th.
Happy Monday, Missouri! A gorgeous drive through southern Missouri this morning on the way to Dexter for a lunch A5 townhall, and another one in Poplar Bluff this evening. We are winning. 🥰

We continue to fight for Amendments 4 & 5...Amendments that were passed by a supermajority of @MissouriGOP Republicans, The People's Representatives & Senators...to protect our Constitution from continued attacks by leftwing billionaires, to protect our pocketbooks and hard earned wages, and to grow Missouri! #MOLeg
@AP4Liberty#Truth That thought process is exactly what we are missing here in Missouri. We are worried about the 5% we don't agree on instead of focusing in on the 95% we agree on.
The amendment repeals and replaces parts of Article X of the Missouri Constitution (the taxation article). The key protective provision appears in the new Section 26, subsection 3(1):
“Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (1) of this subsection to the contrary, no political subdivision shall adjust its local tax rates in a manner that results in any reduction in funding to any public schools within, or serving, such political subdivision.”
#axthetax Vote Yes on 5A!
