@SamsungUK Yeah, said because it was over 72hrs the terms and conditions wouldn't allow a refund or replacement. And that they'd pass it to the product expert team but they'd tell me the same. I have LOADS of Samsung stuff, never complained about anything. It's clearly delivery damage.

@SamsungUK work to my house was delayed, so my washing machine that I had delivered was unopened until it was done. Opened it and discovered it's actually damaged and been told "tough it's more than 72 hours". Very poor!
