@SamsungUK worst customer service I've ever experienced. Constant passing the buck and refusal to follow your own procedures. Horrendous experience so far
Appalled to find that my daughter has twice been delivered a damaged @SamsungUK fridge by @Argos_Online and they are failing in support. She has a small baby and needs a working fridge without delay.
@SamsungUK absolutely useless customer service. Ordered a fridge freezer from you with installation. AIT refused to install it on deliver and now apparently you don't even offer installation in NI so why do your systems not flag that? Now delayed with moving into our property.
@SamsungUK I stayed home today for my TV delivery, took a day off work, and it never arrived. When I asked your support team about resolution/compensation, the line went silent. This is unacceptable — please respond urgently. #SamsungSupport#CustomerServiceFail
