Smoking at restaurants is bad for business. I was all set for a post lunch coffee and desert. But the 4 banshees sitting next to me have end to cigarettes since they sat down. As such, I decided to forgo dessert and coffee to escape them.
One of the best things Australa ever did was ban smoking in areas where people eat. Including outside. I was enjoying a delicious lunch outside in Spain. A group of loud women sit right next to us and sequentially all light up a cigarette. Its disgusting. It spoils the meal.

If this is the case for every single solo rural doctor then how would the government ever expect rural and remote sites to get onboard clearly the incentive falls way, way short of meeting practice costs or current income and in effect is asking us all to take a pay cut.

@jabberwock951@juliaisobela I had similar, it had 2 or 3 digits when the extensions were 4 numbers. I went to all the wards that night I was responsible for asking who paged. One complained that I was finally there so I scrolled through the pager and showed them and asked them to dial those numbers
