Taking your children to swim lessons early and often is necessary. My kids were swimming as early as two and I was in the water at the lessons with them!
It’s obviously important and ignoring parental duties is dangerous!

@AttorneyCrump Swim camp at nine seems LATE. Sorry to be judgmental but when my kids were tiny, I had them exposed to pools and lessons as early as two. I was there with them obviously.
Nine just seems late to drop a non swimmer off and wish him good luck.
