I once went 4 days. First day was fine, second day was pretty challenging, 3rd day was absolutely miserable fighting the temptation. Woke up the 4th day in full ketosis and I had never experienced energy like that in my life. Felt clear minded, alert, ready for anything, I felt alive for the first time ever.
Did Wim Hof breathing, did an ice bath plunge, then some high intensity exercises, and it changed my life.

Cheats are not the trigger for a shadow. Whether he’s cheating or not, it’s actually completely unrelated to the limited matchmaking system. In Acti’s last blog post about this, they basically admitted that the only reason a shadow happens is because a flag was raised and needs investigating. How that flag gets raised can happen a few different ways, like dropping high kills on a new account, or enough reports from players, etc. And they also finally admitted that the system effects more legit players than it does actual cheaters. (Literally their own words)
Confirmed cheats would trigger a permanent ban. And the fact the shadows always get lifted and never stick nor turn into a perma should tell you something.
