Michelle Losey, a standout sprinter from Piscataway, NJ, had an exceptional track and field career at Monmouth University (2006–2010) as a member of the women’s team.
She excelled in the 200m, 400m, and relays, setting multiple school records (including in the 400m, 200m, 55m/60m, and various relays) and earning NEC Most Outstanding Track Performer honors three times (one indoor, two outdoor). Losey was a multi-time All-NEC First Team selection, earned All-East honors, and claimed numerous NEC weekly awards while consistently qualifying for ECAC championships. Her achievements included winning individual and relay titles at conference meets, breaking meet records (e.g., at Moravian), and contributing to strong team performances at prestigious events like Penn Relays. She was also recognized as a Monmouth student-athlete award recipient.
Losey’s combination of speed, versatility, and leadership made her one of the program’s most decorated athletes.
