Before starting my time as a GA with TN, I met @Coach_Jo_Evans at @WeCOACH. I emailed her saying thank you & asked if she had any advice. She called & talked for a half hour.

She didn’t even know me, but she wanted me to succeed. Moments like that don’t show up in a win column.
