So 14 of the final 16 teams in the State tournament on the boys side (Single A through 4A) are non boundary.

Yet they only make up 24% of all schools?

@MikeThreeswyk I think if they aren't going to separate, then all non boundary schools should play up one classification. So 1A would be all public with most of 2A being private....
