Colonization isn’t history.

It’s very real today. In Bosnia, a leader was convicted for disobeying a self-declared colonial master. A German—even though the people of Bosnia beat the Germans in two world wars.

What’s going on?

A bloody war was fought in Bosnia in the 1990s between Serbs, Muslims & Croats. It was everyone against everyone at some point. Civil war. Then a peace agreement was signed that created the Office of the High Representative. The OHR was supposed to promote peace. But very quickly it became apparent he was promoting Muslim interests (today called Bosniaks).

The latest so-called OHR is Christian Schmidt (see photo that accurately depicts his soul). Since Bosnia has seen 30 years of peace, the rational person would say — “Hey, the peace looks pretty solid, let’s let the people of Bosnia govern themselves now.” Nothing rational about Schmidt though, he desperately wants to stay relevant, so he keeps interfering in Bosnia’s internal affairs. Oh, by the way, he wasn’t approved by the UN, so he’s… not really the OHR. Not really. Just calls himself that. Bosniaks call him that too. Since he’s on their side.

One guy decides he’s not gonna follow Schmidt’s orders. @MiloradDodik, the president of Republika Srpska, the Serb entity of Bosnia. So, a Sarajevo court indicts Dodik & sentences him to prison, just for disobeying Schmidt! I mean, regardless of what you think of Dodik, this is Colonialism 101.

And it’s time the world finds out.
