Dan Campbell said, "The most important thing that a head coach does is hire his staff."
"Without your staff, you are nothing."
No one wins alone.
Leadership isn’t about doing it all - it’s about empowering others.
The right people = the right culture.
10 things to BE today:
Be present.
Be thankful.
Be forgiving.
Be loving.
Be courageous.
Be open.
Be honest.
Be generous.
Be the hardest worker you know.
Be who GOD has created you to be!
Junior college is a great option if:
#1: You don't like what offers you have.
#2: You're 100% committed to playing college football.
#3: You're ready for a challenge
I went to junior college for a simple reason:
I wanted a second chance at my recruiting process.
And it couldn't have played out better for me.
It gave me more time to develop.
I gained lifelong friends.
And have a ton of fun stories (like the time our team got second degree burns from bear crawls).
But it's not for everyone and that's cool too.
The thing is Junior college (JUCO) has a stigma around it.
That it's for the athletes that couldn't go to a 4-year due to bad grades or got kicked out of their last school.
And while that does happen, that's not the majority.
In my case I was a kid with 4.22 GPA with multiple solid offers.
And I wasn't the only one like that.
Junior College gives you more options to choose from with no downsides.
You're still making progress on your degree.
You have a higher likelihood of getting playing time in your freshman and sophomore year.
And you have a higher likelihood of getting scholarships to higher level schools.
Again, it's not for everyone. But it's worth considering.
It matters;
• Looking people in the eye matters
• Firm handshakes matter
• Holding the door open for others matters
• Keeping your word matters
• Doing the “little” things matters
• Loving yourself (and others), matters
• It ALL matters!

You want more? Then do more.
More focus. More discipline. More detail. More toughness. More sacrifice.
Because champions, don’t wish for it…
They work for it.
"A lot of failure comes from simply being afraid of the results."
People don’t fail because they aren’t talented or capable—they fail because they aren’t prepared.
You don’t fear failure when you’ve earned the right to be confident with your preparation.
Jimmy Johnson said, "Fatigue makes cowards of us all."
"When you're tired - you make mistakes, you don't do what's right, and your will to win all of a sudden starts to waver."
It makes you vulnerable.
It removes your discipline and your drive to succeed.
"Stop wasting time on things that don't matter.
The future is uncertain.
So, focus on being the best version of you and the rest will take care of itself."
Forget what might happen.
Handle what has to happen.
Winners aren’t dreaming about someday — they’re attacking today.
Marcus Freeman's powerful perspective on what the mindset should be for Notre Dame football players jockeying for depth chart positioning in spring ball...
"You waste time daydreaming about an uncertain future. Who cares? You should be focused on being the best version of you."
Mookie Betts on visualization. Take at bats in your mind before you go to bed. Visualize the pitcher you’re going to face the next day & you putting your best swings on the baseball. Try to create a vivid image of what you’re going to do & of you having success. You’ll be shocked when you go do it the next day how you feel a sense of Deja vu. Your body just knows what to do & as it’s already been there before. The power of the mind is a crazy thing! #manifesting #visualization #mentalgame
