@RayDuryea @spittinchiclets @BrynMightyMouth Coaches CAN negotiate out/termination clauses. Std coach contracts include non-competes, but nothing in bylaws bans custom provisions like "if relieved of duties, coach can terminate & pursue jobs" or negotiating it out.

Your "against the rules" is wrong—contracts are negotiated
