@SouthwestAir major security protocol breach. Unattended open door to jetway. Unattended x 15 min now. Flight 2379 to Denver 8/18/24. Not cool especially after 4 hr delay. @TSA@DHSgov
@tollbrothers This company with whom we signed a contract for our million dollar home made a mistake and did not follow their established process for the order of loading cement shingles prior to drywall install. Have admitted the mistake but REFUSE to fix it. Stay away!
So disappointed in @harrods and horribly rude service at the Champagne Bar. Looked forward to a glass of champagne after the London Marathon. Waiter barely acknowledged us to order, never checked to see if we wanted additional wine and served us from the dregs of the bottle.
Horrible customer service. Waiting forever to be seated so we had to seat ourselves. Then got yelled at by waiter who complained they were short staffed. We NEVER say we are short staffed at the hospital and leadership puts on scrubs and helps! @DenverChopHouse
