@CentaurCommute sending 786b coach out without checking the heating on the coldest day of the year is negligence. Waiting for a replacement because driver could not see out of window. Will be late.. again.

@CentaurCommute The 786b coach stinks again. You can smell it as soon as pulls up. It has been like this for months, as you know, and you do nothing about it. It is not to do with coach cleaning - I presume it has a broken toilet but nothing has been done.

@CentaurCommute thermostat broken on 788b coach today. 30°c in here and no air circulation. Also smells terrible from the toilet (enhanced by the heat). Driver said the heating was off. Why is it so difficult to learn to operate climate control on these coaches?

Any chance you could forwarn us as to the smelly services instead of "no reported issues"? Something like "due to foreseen circumstances, a large family of foxes unfortunately died in the luggage hold & the 788a service tonight is exceptionally stinky..." Much appreciated!

@CentaurCommute It’s been over 20 mins now and we’re still waiting. What’s happening to your service recently? Consistent delays, drivers not picking up passengers and trackers not working? Catching the train is seemingly more reliable at the moment.

@CentaurCommute Can I ask why the 788b went past the 786c at springwell road at 07.19am why did it leave 2 early and there was customers that prefer to get that one but clearly the driver doesn’t care about a timetable just do what they want @TfL why do they ignore timetables

@CentaurCommute The driver of 786 6:30 just drive past 4 of us at Sheffield Road Southborugh and refused to turn back when we called the office. Very careless and unprofessional!

@CentaurCommute Morning. Looks like the message didn't sink in at all. Full coach today, vents off. Zero air circulation, feels stuffy and difficult to breathe. Same driver - don't know the name. He seems far more focused on his phone conversation and cursing at traffic.

@CentaurCommute Good morning. What is going on with the smell on the 786? The very pungent smell has been around for weeks. This is very uncomfortable. If the coach is not suitable please use another one. It feels the quality of the service is degrading with smelly and often dirty coaches.
