@MikeDabbelt This year we spent $65,000 just on officials for 🏈, 🏀, 🏐, ⚾️, ⚽️. Gate $ is used to help cover that. We hardly make any money off concessions, we barely break even. Not trying to rip anyone off. Just trying to offset the cost of doing business. Our students are free though.

@ryan_bdb @JeffBarnes52 I would say hard coaching is being consistent to the pursuit of the standard you set. Consistent language/terminology that redirects the behavior back to the standard. We cant ignore any behavior that doesnt jive with the mission/standard from any player regardless of "talent".
