“For the love of God they need [an EDGE]” 🗣️
@HayleyLewis_ says Rueben Bain Jr. is the obvious pick for Kansas City in tonight’s draft 🏈
(via Yahoo Sports Daily)
But seriously…Rueben Bain Jr. at 9 just makes too much sense.
✔️ Biggest need
✔️ Scheme fit
✔️ Production (71 pressures, 9.5 sacks)
If he’s there, I think KC moves quick.
Goooooooooood morning. How much rain did you end up receiving yesterday. I see amounts of .82" at KCI Airport a nearly 2" on Olathe. Last night, here in New York City I met up with Hayley Lewis who I hadn't seen and we had a nice dinner. And, Look at what I missed - Sunny & Rainbow The Weather Dogs sent me a picture That Andy took yesterday evening of them in the 5-6 inches of snow in Golden. It's March Weather Madness. I am now walking over for a visit with my Aunt Margy on the other side of Central Park. Have a great day!
If today is Travis Kelce’s final NFL game, all that’s left to say is thank you:
3× Super Bowl Champion.
11× Pro Bowler.
7× All-Pro.
All-time great at his position redefining what a tight end can be for over a decade.
The decision is his. The legacy is forever.
Saturday check-in before the Chiefs close out the season in Vegas.👇
No playoffs, but Andy Reid called it an audition and for Chris Oladokun, Sunday is a real chance to prove he belongs.
How do you want to see KC finish this season?
Travis Kelce on @newheightshow “I wasn’t there for my guys.” Chiefs at 6–7. Four games left...
Jason: “Sometimes the ball just doesn’t fall your way.”
Are the Chiefs done?👇 @BleacherReport
Had a blast joining @YahooSports this morning to talk all things Chiefs: what’s going on, what needs to change, Andy Reid’s “tickle your tonsils” moment 😂 and even the convo around Travis Kelce’s future.
Thanks so much for having me on! If you want to watch the full interview, here’s the YouTube link 👇🎥

My thoughts on the Chiefs moving on from Skyy Moore:
• Moore was one of the first receivers drafted in the “post-Tyreek Hill era,” a 2nd-rounder who never reached expectations.
• After just 43 catches in three years, KC chose depth flexibility over waiting on a turnaround.
• He’ll always be remembered for his Super Bowl LVII touchdown, but the writing was on the wall this preseason.
For the Chiefs, this deal underscores two things:
1. Confidence in the current WR group: even with Rashee Rice’s suspension looming, Andy Reid & Brett Veach clearly believe in their depth.
2. Accountability for draft misses: KC’s been searching for a true WR1 since trading Hill. This move is a reminder that even high draft picks don’t guarantee long-term roles in this offense.
The Moore trade isn’t about what KC gets back (a late pick swap). It’s about closing a chapter and turning fully toward the receivers they do trust in 2025.
