@marlene4719 Sometimes I feel like people enjoy feeling superior so much that they’d rather keep losing elections, so that there are more people to pick on. As someone who would like a different politics than we currently have, I’d love to see less of this.
@RockChalkBlog This fan base can get so ugly. David McCormick, Jalen Daniels, KJ Adams. One can say they are now paid a lot, but I don’t think it would matter to the twitterverse. The role of the fan in the health of a program is about as underrated as is playing defense.
@CourtneyHella@mr_jay_pea The most dangerous person is one who is so sure they understand someone from miles away. I don’t pretend to understand your situation. I’m advocating for mine.
@CourtneyHella@Ninja042803@mr_jay_pea If you want it for your own reasons, fine. But don’t pretend like it is a plus for spring sports. It quite simply isn’t. I’ve lived it for years.
@CourtneyHella@Ninja042803@mr_jay_pea It gets dark (to see a baseball) before sunset. Look, I’m out there every day for practices that can’t start until after school at 4:15, the daylight is important to that outdoor activity and there are many other outdoor activities affected similarly. 1/2
@Ninja042803@CourtneyHella@mr_jay_pea Of course they are. I live here. Still dark at 5:30 if there wasn’t DST. I don’t know why I’m arguing with Elon’s robots.
@M_Vernon There is more to a relationship than the four hours per week we see displayed on TV. The trust is developed in the spaces in between. We can’t see that, but there are a ton of blowhards who know it all.
@CourtneyHella@mr_jay_pea You are obviously very unfamiliar with the amount of daylight needed to play, followed by cleaning g up a field and fans leaving the stadium. An hour and a half is not enough, nor is it necessary— Ben Franklin came up with a brilliant idea to help us have the most useful light.
