Hi friends,
As many of you may already know, my better half, Leigh Ann Currin, is campaigning as an American Heart Association Woman of Impact this year to raise funds and awareness for this important organization.
Cayse Morgan was named the BIG EAST Golfer and Freshman of the Year 👏
The Cincinnati native is the first BIG EAST men's golfer since 2018 - and only the third player in conference history - to earn both major conference awards in the same season!

Gemma Week: March 23-29
Dedicated to our heart heroine, Gemma May (aortic stenosis). From a heart murmur at birth to a lot of testing to a procedure before turning 1, the caregivers for our very little girl were, and continue to be, exceptional.
Bonus: The research and progress being made in aortic stenosis treatment is near and dear, but also fascinating! There’s a Phase 3 trial underway for a medication to slow the value deterioration. Looks promising and could be a real difference maker for patients like Gemma!
Cayse Morgan was named the BIG EAST Golfer of the Week on Thursday, earning the honors for the third time this season!

Bonus: There is another AHA event taking place tomorrow night in support of Leigh if you’re more of a cab, candles and crafts person over beer, brackets and baskets… see form below and my final picture in this post

Tuesday: 125 dips under 1.25 hours. ✅ What started off as 15 reps per set ended at rapid bunch of 5s and 2s. Should have opted for 125 sips instead ☘️
Donations: see link in my bio or link at the top of post …just as my workout yesterday, we’ve slowed a bit BUT even a bunch of $5s and $2s could get us to the finish line! Consider a “smaller set”!
