Let’s all watch Touchdown Tony Dorsett do awesome things for a minute. Perhaps the least talked about elite running back of his era. That needs to change.

Black History Month is a time to recognize the lived, shared experience of all Black folks who have fundamentally shaped, challenged, and ultimately strengthened America. It’s about taking an unvarnished look at the past so that we can create a better future. As we mark 100 years of celebrating Black history, let’s honor the sacrifices of the leaders who came before us, and recommit ourselves to continuing their work.

You’ll Be Glad You Didn’t Give Up
Let me talk to you for a minute.
There’s a version of you in the future who is grateful for the pain you’re dealing with right now. Not because it felt good—but because you didn’t quit.
See, when you’re in the middle of the process, progress doesn’t announce itself. It doesn’t come with fireworks. Most of the time, progress just feels like endurance. Like waking up tired and still doing what needs to be done. Like believing when there’s no evidence yet.
A lot of people quit right there.
They quit when it gets quiet.
They quit when the results slow down.
They quit when it feels like they’re giving more than they’re getting back.
But if you stay long enough, something starts happening. You start getting stronger. You start thinking differently. You start seeing things clearer. And one day, without even realizing when it happened, you’re no longer the same person who started.
That’s growth.
The truth is, success doesn’t always look like winning in the moment. Sometimes success looks like survival. Sometimes it looks like holding on when everything in you wants to let go.
But one day—you’ll look back. And you’ll realize the struggle didn’t stop you. It shaped you.
And you’ll be so glad you didn’t give up.

Some of us say we trust God—but we still holding onto Plan B like it’s insurance.
Let me help you understand something: faith don’t kick in until you burn the boats.
When God called me, I didn’t know how it was gonna work. I just knew Who told me. And that had to be enough.
If you keep one foot in fear, you’ll never put both feet in purpose.
You can’t pray for miracles while still preparing for defeat.
God honors commitment.
He responds to obedience.
And He shows up when you show Him you all in.
I’m on whatever God on. https://t.co/dzP7Hj12z1
I’m the wrong person to fold on. God didn’t build me to fold —
He built me to fight through it.
See, when the odds stack up against me, that’s when something in me wakes up.
Pressure don’t scare me — it introduces me.
Doubt don’t stop me — it fuels me.
I’ve been counted out before.
I’ve been laughed at before.
I’ve been told “it ain’t gon’ happen” more times than I can count.
But listen…
I don’t run when it get hard.
I don’t quit when it get uncomfortable.
I go harder.
Because God didn’t build me to fold —
He built me to fight through it.
So if the odds are against me?
Good.
That just mean I’m exactly where I do my best work.
