@SouthwestAir - which customers did you ask about assigned seating? I have been A list preferred for many years and would have never said yes! You will lose more loyalty than you will gain with this move!

@SouthwestAir I am still wondering who you asked? I took a flight just last week and every A List customer there was not asked or part of the research! I love SW but the main reason I strive to keep A List is because I love to choose my own seat! Now I have to pay! Lost A List Benefit
