Finished up sophomore year yesterday!
Proud to help @MSCAthletics softball in its second year in @NEPSAC_Softball go 17-7.
Worked through an eye infection, the flu, and pneumonia through the middle of the season — missed some games, but never stopped competing, stayed in the gym and cages, and showed up for my teammates. Earned the Coach’s Award and got inducted into the National Honor Society this spring.
Grateful for this group. Good luck to all my teammates this summer!
Here are some plays from the season.

Finished up high school season having fun with my team and with some pretty strong at bats and plays in the field, contributing with 5 💣’s and a .345 BA. Here are some highlights from May. Can’t wait to get back out there at Pennsbury. @BombersElite@carlosrodas77@CoachDocHop
The regular season is over, I am more than proud of all of these girls for the hard work they put in every single day! I spent all winter lifting and getting in lessons, I could tell they paid off from the start!
Here are some highlights and stats⬇️⬇️
PARENTS: Don't build your happiness around your kid’s athletic performance. If you get in a bad mood because they played bad, take a break from the game. Your kid needs to have tough performances to learn, not have great performances to make you feel good.

Last night’s game vs Westerly saw the Rams come out victorious behind:
🥎Vigneau/DeNinno tandem pitching to keep the Bulldogs off kilter just enough!
🥎Ventura: single, awesome defense 👀
🥎Pallotta and Moran, 2 hits apiece
🥎Kershaw 2B
Same pitch. Same result. Different movement patterns.
Watch the belt buckle and midline at contact.
Kai Minor (.446 AVG, 34 XBH) naturally works more into extension. Her center rises through rotation and she creates a lot of power through the upper half and shoulders.
Abby Dayton (.397 AVG, 22 XBH) stays lower through contact with a more stable center of gravity and creates more force through the hips and lower half.
Neither is wrong.
Different athletes organize power differently. Performance improves when coaching matches the mover instead of forcing everyone into the same model.
