Both Mountie runs came in the 1st inning as Crystal Cacador delivered a 2-run play that brought home Kaylie Leclair & Piper Barata. Cacador was outstanding in the circle as well, going the distance while allowing no earned runs, surrendering just 3 hits, and striking out six.
It’s was a unbelievable finish to our season yesterday. The coaching staff can’t say it enoug how proud we are of this group of young ladies. They had a tremendous season and the future is very bright for Mount softball. Thank you again ladies for all your hard work this season.
Our Prep softball team ended its season on a high note yesterday, defeating Rosemary Choate Hall 2-1 at the inaugural NEPSAC Softball Coaches Association Play Day! The Mounties were one of only 8 teams selected to participate in the event.

Our Prep softball team will be traveling to Wallingford, Connecticut for a matchup in the inaugural NEPSAC Softball Coaches Association Play Day against the Wild Boars of Choate Rosemary Hall
Our Prep softball team captured the Independent School Cup Championship this afternoon with a dominant 10-0 victory over Austin Prep. Crystal Cacador was outstanding yet again in the circle, tossing a complete game shutout while striking out five and allowing just five hits to
finishing 2-3 with two RBI, while Avalena Hopkins delivered the knockout punch with a towering three-run homerun, adding two runs scored and three RBI in the championship victory. With the win, the Mounties improve to 15-7 on the season.
Our Prep softball team turned in a complete performance yesterday, shutting out Dexter Southfield 8-0. The Mounties were powered by a dominant outing from Crystal Cacador, who tossed a one-hit complete game while striking out 10. Offensively, Sierra Sigma led the way, going 2-3
