The NCAA FBS Dead Period is officially in effect.

What this means for high school recruits:

✅ Coaches can still evaluate film
✅ Coaches can still call, text, DM, and email recruits
✅ Schools continue building recruiting boards
✅ Offers can still be extended

🚫 No FBS Camps
🚫 No Official Visits
🚫 No Unofficial Visits with recruiting contact
🚫 No In-Person Recruiting Activities
🚫 No Home Visits

This period allows college staffs to focus on evaluations, relationship building, roster management, and preparing for the upcoming season.

Recruiting doesn't stop—it simply shifts gears.

For recruits, this is the perfect time to:

• Update your film
• Improve your athletic profile
• Attend non-FBS events and showcases
• Stay in contact with coaches
• Prepare for a big fall season

The prospects who continue working while others slow down will be the ones who separate themselves when the Dead Period ends.

Recruiting season never truly stops. The work you put in now will show up later.
