@TheKeyFiles @JFowlerESPN You referenced a game where CJ wasn’t asked to do much. ND played against a light box all game. 2 high safeties in all situations. USC defended against the pass and ND as a result ran for 7 ypc and 300+ yards.

CJ made one freshman mistake and tried to do too much on the INT.

Just wanted to highlight how ridiculous the 1st inning of Kerry Wood’s 20K masterpiece was:

- 100mph to the umps face to start the game
- What HoFer Craig Biggio called his most embarrassing swing of his career
- Strikes out NL batting leader Derek Bell on possibly the nastiest, definition of fall-off-the-table, curveball you’ve ever seen
- Strikes out HoFer and one of the greatest fastball hitters…on three fastballs.

ESPN sources: Bears Pro Bowl center Drew Dalman has informed the team that he is retiring from the NFL at age 27. Dalman left Stanford in 2021, and after four seasons in Atlanta and one in Chicago, he has made the sudden and surprising decision to retire.
