@heymrsbond @AkieaG I’ve been teaching for 33 years and I have learned not to escalate the situation. It’s the end of the school year so no cell phones should be the expectation. At this point I’m calling a dean bc I have done all my interventions. If dean can’t come just write the referral later

Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. In fact as a leader, seek their input and feedback if you want to build a highly effective school culture.
