I went from 50kg 1rm to now 80kg 1rm in benchpress. So I'm hoping to hit 100kg by the end of summer. Let's see how it goes!

Saw someone else do this in the gym. So naturally I had to test it out myself. I thought it would give me a crazy stretch, but maybe my form was off. Naturally, I will try it again!
@krascsi I agree. But, it also depends on what needs to be worked on. There’s so many hours wasted on playlists/maps that is not specified for the game you’re playing. Just to throw an example out there: Why would you practice popcorn if you’re playing Valorant. When do you aim like that.
