Even if you just do body weight stuff wherever you are hitting...Push-ups Free Squats...pull ups, grip stuff...it is all good...heck bring a couple of Dumbbells with you every time...

Watch the arms. Most common mechanical flaw I see in baseball runners, arms pumping E to W, shoulders twisting, force bleeding side to side in zig-zag pattern. Sprinters drive arms N to S to cancel rotation from legs (no zig-zag). Arms cross midline, and you fight your own body.

It was a scheduled call that had been discussed earlier in the week. I’ll never have an expectation to always be answered right away or always be available. I’ll always be accommodating to schedules and understanding of things happening, but the lack of communication is always a huge red flag for me. DND when you scheduled the call, I let you pick the time… that’s crazy. And then no communication a full 24hrs later… also crazy.

For clarity, this was a 2026… if you just graduated, are a rising Senior or Junior, my advice would be NEVER have your phone on DND if you are really trying to get to the next level: DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, JuCo… it doesn’t matter.

Less than 7% of HS athletes will compete collegiate regardless of level. Don’t become part of the 93%+ because you missed the text or call, or failed to respond in a timely manner.

These night game etc arguments are meritless. Every generation has had ups and downs...records are records
