More than a month later and I am still dealing with representatives who say they need more time to resolve my situation. @TMobile has done nothing but bait and switch and keep me on the line waiting for someone to fix things.

In an effort to save some money for my family of 7. I decided to give @TMobile a try. So far that has been a BIG Mistake. Promised one thing, billed another and everyone I speak to just keeps passing the buck off.
