I am honored to announce that I have accepted a position within the New York Mets organization on their performance and rehab staff.
Thank you to everyone at the University of Houston who has made these last 3.5 years so special.
On to the next challenge.
Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

Forever in our hearts.
The legendary Babe Ruth was here at the old Mitchel Field Air Forces Base in 1926 to catch baseballs dropped from a plane flying 300 feet high traveling 100 mph!
Here’s an awesome video of a bunch of kids from New York City sharing their thoughts on the New York Yankees releasing The Great Bambino, Babe Ruth.
Crazy to think these lads are like 8-12 years old and they probably could kick my ass without breaking a sweat. The year is 1935x.

Nicknamed “The King,” he shares the all-time Mr. Olympia record with Lee Haney, winning the title eight times in a row.

Well.. they, an SEC program, offered me a $40,000 annual salary while I was with the Mets organization to come join their coaching staff
Shows how much they are willing to invest in their program development
Just watched a kid with an Albert Pujols jersey on bully another kid for having a Savannah Bananas jersey on. That was the most wholesome thing I’ve seen all day.
“It’s a process. It’s a way you go about doing things. It’s a high standard, high expectation, it’s accountability. It’s discipline, commitment, toughness, work ethic, pride. It’s wanting to be great vs. wanting to be normal,” Curt Cignetti
The difference is within you.
