@LethalSoccer Completely agree. The setup of 3 points for a W and 1 for a draw is unique and integral to soccer - places true premium value on a win.

Giving a point for something as historically random as PKs diminishes the value of an actual win far too much.

This is a special night for me. These boys were freshmen when I came to College Park - my first year to be a head coach.

We’ve been through a lot together, and they are a special group that’s done so much for CP Soccer. I am beyond grateful for them.

I’ve been asked to rank teams in my region and I just decline to do so. Preseason for soccer has so many unknowns as it is - throw in the fact I have no clue what DFW teams are like, and I feel like it’s best for it all to sort itself out as we go.

@LethalSoccer HS soccer rankings - at least in Texas - are hard to take much stock in, especially early in the season.

The amount of information on any team from year to year is modest at best. Throw in the geographical variance and it’s borderline impossible to know who is actually *best*.
