IT’S YOUR JOB TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE, HAVE STRUCTURE AND DISCIPLINE, AND FOLLOW THROUGH!

👉🏼They might not like it in the moment, but they will appreciate it and respect you for it later. You’re either helping them become better people, or you’re encouraging them in their wrongdoings.
