McBee high is currently looking for a varsity coach on the defensive side of the ball. Possible DC position for the right candidate. Teaching positions are open; SPED, History, with more possibilities. No PE.

The weight room is the most influential room in a school.
It’s not a place to hang out — it’s a classroom.
A place where habits are built, standards are set, and character is developed.
Thank you @coachkarcher of @McBeeFootball for nominating your players for the 2026 Carolina Coaches Combines!
We appreciate your continued support and providing opportunities for your players. Invitations will be sent March 4–6 via email and X.

GREAT CULTURES HAVE GREAT TEAMMATES
Real leaders and teammates look out for one another and keep each other focused on what's most important. They make things better.
@ArmyWP_Football captain Mike Johnson #59 showed us this after a Liberty Bowl touchdown.

High school coaches don’t just coach.
You’re a teacher.
A mentor.
A counselor.
A motivator.
A parent-figure.
A disciplinarian.
A life coach.
You teach skills, but you also teach habits.
You draw plays, but you also listen.
You push standards, but you also show grace.
Most people only see the scoreboard.
They don’t see the conversations, the rides home, the quiet check-ins, or the lessons that last longer than any season.
It’s a lot of hats.
It’s a lot of responsibility.
And it’s why coaching matters far beyond the game.
