CUFC 5 Easton 1
A great debut game for our female programme saw them run out 5-1 winners in a friendly against Easton. Goals from Stimson x2, Ciuciulete, Tonner and Sturgess gave CUFC a good win with a fantastic performance from the whole squad.

Here is a stretch/mobility drill that I stole from @EricCressey that weve started to add a with our🏒population that addresses both groin tissue length as well as thoracic spine mobility, both much needed in the hockey population..& also really exposes my lack of t-spine mobility
