Today we celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day, a day that began in remembrance of Flo Hyman.
In 1986, Flo passed away while playing in a professional match in Japan. Flo is recognized as being a leader for equality in womenβs sports. #NGWSD#BlackHistoryMonth
He is so excited that the new Diversity Education Little Library is right outside his preschool. Thank you @ZachRPayne, @CoachDeCuire, @CoachCCobb, @coachflo10 and all of @MontanaGrizBB. He said mom(!) the Griz Basketball players love these books and so do I.
