@Coachgriffin88 Make sure you take time for yourself, especially those days the athletes are not around. Every 6 weeks, I reevaluate my athletes' workouts and make changes. When I do that, it helps me solve a new problem by answering the question of how can I make this athlete better.

The Lady Wildcats had a blast today!! We got to scrimmage Garrison and Center, and we saw things we did really good and ways to get better. Good luck to both Garrison and Center on their seasons this year. Also, a big thank you to the Center Lady Riders for hosting us today!!
