[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

It's official. I'm excited to announce that I've joined the Valdosta State Softball staff as an Assistant Coach.

Coach Macera, thank you for the opportunity and for trusting me to be part of this program. I know what this place means to you and to everyone who has been a part of building it, and I don't take that lightly.

Valdosta State Softball has a standard, a storied history, and a group of players who show up every single day. Getting the chance to be part of that is something I've worked toward for a long time.

Time to get to work. WE over ME, always.

@TBTimes_Rays I love the move

[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

@baseballisdead_ @Ken_Rosenthal I absolutely love the move. This gives us Drew in Game 2 and then Fredy at home game 3! Brilliant play by Kevin Cash!

[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

@Ry_Bass Ryan in my opinion was the move of the game. Fastball Freddy during the most high leverage inning! I absolutely loved the move and he would have thrown a Bullpen today anyways. Cash Manager of the Year. Moving Simpson to 3 close 2nd.

@Jamie_L0we Genius

[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

@TBRaysCentral IMHO was best move Cash made all series, saved the series! High leverage inning yet.

@Coach_Zig_Zeger Couldn’t agree more!

Let’s go Rays!!!! Best team in @MLB it’s time to show why we are the best!

[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

@CoachWThees My wife LEO is taking the entire family. For the cost of maybe 2 tix! Can’t wait!

[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

I give cash so much credit. When I looked at the lineup and I realize Simpson wouldn’t be in it, I thought to myself when has a batting leader ever been benched in the playoffs. I was feeling like Mesa should play right in Simpson left but what do I know Kevin Cash knew exactly. What a incredible move shows why he’s the best manager in baseball.

[Matt Bodenheimer @CoachMattBo]

@pjyankeeedved Arraez fits the Rays perfect!

This is why the daily reps matter. Do the work, then trust it when it counts.
