The standard MUST be upheld no matter what. Sometimes that means tough conversations have to take place. No one likes them, but they are often what needs to happen. I’m always thankful for these conversations because it’s only through the tough convos that changes can be made
PLAYERS: How you do anything in life is how you do everything.
◽️ Late for class
◽️ Always has an excuse
◽️ Never keeps their word
◽️ Doesn't complete school work
◽️ Disrespects teachers/coaches/parents
These players are rarely good teammates.

3 types of people in the world.
The interested
The committed
The obsessed
The obsessed annoy the interested
The committed respect the obsessed
The interested will never understand the obsessed
Choose your running mates wisely.
“Hey Ty,
Why are you so nice to people
who are rude to you?"
Because in my past when I was broken,
I’ve been rude to nice people too.
I know their rudeness comes from a place of pain & ONLY KINDNESS soothes it.
Hurt people hurt people.
Strong people build others up.
BE THE LIGHT.
BE THE CHANGE. ❤️🙏

De-escalation is crucial. Not saying that bad things can’t still happen, but we want to minimize the chances as much as possible.
If we’re scared of the police, the last thing I’m doing is being rude.
