I’m sooo tired of wrist bands for pitch signals.
There are many reasons I don’t like them, but my most recent complaint is the amount of time it adds in between pitches.
A great coach will turn around a struggling program. A great principal will transform a school and impact more lives. A great manager will enhance the performance and results of a business. The right leader will build a great culture and team and create results.
Learn from these two. They have the ‘IT Factor’ because of their positive attitudes and work ethic! This is who young players should be idolizing. Follow them, learn their stories, you will walk away motivated! @MontanaFouts@2seas__

It's nearly impossible to raise standards, expectations, or achievement w/o first raising morale. Morale has to be the priority. It drives success by increasing productivity, engagement, attention to detail, commitment and it helps reduce disengagement and turnover.
High school players... I shouldn’t be reading your tweets about your game wondering if your team won because all I read is your stats.
We play a team game - could care less if you had the game of your life but lost.
Please consider re-wording your tweets with “we” instead of “me”
