OWU: Talent Projection — Conceptually Thinking Basketball
@TheAliviaKuhn@AllIowaAttack
Alivia Kuhn (‘2028) — Marian HS (Omaha, NE) | All Iowa Attack
5’9 Combo Guard | #3 Nebraska 2028 | Multi-Role Scoring Connector
Alivia Kuhn is a regional stock-riser with real production attached to the profile.
The first correction matters: this is not an Iowa high school prospect. Kuhn plays at Marian in Omaha, Nebraska, while competing with All Iowa Attack on the club side. That distinction changes the evaluation lens. Her scholastic production belongs in the Nebraska Class A ecosystem, where she has already established herself as one of the more productive 2028 guards in the state.
The statistical profile is the draw. Through the public MaxPreps sample, Kuhn is producing 16.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. That is not single-lane output. That is scoring, glass work, and connective playmaking from a 5’9 combo guard. The varsity debut — 33 points with six made threes — gives the shooting profile early credibility, while the assist and rebounding numbers point toward a player who impacts more than shot volume.
Her best current translation lane is secondary creator / connector guard. She can score at multiple levels, rebound above positional expectation, and function inside a role that asks her to do several things at once. The 7.5 rebounds per game is the quiet separator. Guards who rebound like that usually carry motor, anticipation, and positional toughness that travel as the competition rises.
@coachbeechum Verdict:
“Kuhn has the statistical shape coaches notice early: scoring, rebounding, and enough playmaking to avoid being boxed into one role. The shot is real enough to track. The rebounding is the separator. The defensive concepts have to tighten. If that piece catches up, she becomes a serious Midwest connector guard with scholarship-level value.”
Projection: Regional stock-rising combo guard with mid-major pathway and high-major monitoring upside.

💯 Agree! Thank you for the leadership and commitment you brought to our program every day. I’m grateful to have been part of your journey, and even more grateful for the way you helped leave Marian basketball stronger and in a better place for the players who come next.
Congrats @TheAliviaKuhn! You earned every bit of this recognition. 2 years in and 2 school records rewritten, no doubt there will be more. Can’t wait to watch you this summer with @AllIowaAttack!
