If I had of tried to purchase my food and told them I couldn’t pay them for 3-5 days I wouldn’t have received food but I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. No courtesy’s given for the inconvenience. Just oh well. So not only am I waiting for the $55 to be released I had to spend

Exactly what I thought a bunch of automated messages. They didn’t even read my concern. The response was apologizing for an unauthorized charged. That’s not what happened.

I haven’t been on X in years but how else do I get the attention of bigger companies like @ATT when they’re customer service refuses to help, hangs up on you and continues to say “sorry my system won’t allow me to do that”.

and let me not forget about @ATT and this HIGH bill. By the end of this month I would have paid this company again well over $1k for my phones. I’ve called I’ve fussed THEY DO NOT CARE. I’m so over it. I’m actively looking for another provider to take my 5 lines.

Everytime I @UberEats I have an issue and their customer service DO NOT CARE I place an order last night at @BucharestGrill to arrive 1hr BEFORE they were listed to close and yep they were closed. No food. No refund. I contact @UberEats for a refund and they tell me 3-5 bd.
