The men’s team scored in 7 events at the SLIAC Championships including a conference CHAMP in the shot put.

The women had the programs first medalist in any event with a bronze in the pole vault

Looking at where the program was just years ago and the fact that the track programs were added only during the 2022-2023 seasons you can’t help but be proud of the group and how many steps forward they have taken with Coach Daum leading the way.

It’s important that you plan when you will work hard (preferably through your coach)

You cannot simple pick when you want to work hard and expect your best results
