@M_Gerber17@CWSOmaha It felt a lot more like that when they played in Rosenblatt. It hasn’t been the same since they moved to new stadium in my opinion
Lane Kiffin with an outside the box philosophy on culture building, the concept of environment as a strategy, and how people don't "buy-in" more than they 'belong':
🔓 The fastest way to change behavior isn’t motivation, it’s environment. Leadership is about creating the conditions where people feel safe, valued, and inspired. When the environment is right, performance doesn't need to be forced; it’s unlocked.
🌅 People don’t commit to a job, they commit to a feeling. If your environment makes them feel like they belong, they’ll want to show up. If it makes them feel managed, they’ll only show up when they have to.
🎨 The trajectory of a team is set long before the results show up. It’s shaped in the culture you tolerate, the standards you reinforce, and the environment you DESIGN every single day.
The environment you create doesn’t just influence behavior, it determines identity. Once people see themselves differently, they develop different habits to align with that belief and push them toward their goals. 🎯
@ChazMichaels69@MikeEckstein_@shegone03 I think most hitters don’t hit that way, but there are some hitters that have more success staying over that back hip
@ChazMichaels69@MikeEckstein_@shegone03 Not arguing for this guy or saying I agree with him, but how many guys are barreling a 98 MPH elevated and inside lol
@SappOutOfPgh@Dylandawg2011@HamDawg115 It’s one thing to say and think Mendoza is better. But to say Stetson wasn’t good? Stetson was behind because he was playing an insanely good Ohio State offense. He put 398 passing yards and 3 TDs. It was pretty efficient for a 42-41 win.
@nextlevelbb The biggest difference to me is with this kid the assumption will still be that he is raw at 18 years old where once you put his talent with data he will excel, while the American kid at 18 is what he is. This kid, right or wrong, is more “projectable”
Bet poor Carson hates football again. Such a tough redemption story where a guy who drives around a Lambo had to go revive his career in Miami and only make 4 million bucks. Sure hate to be him
@MickyHottakes@RadiNabulsi They ran everything off tackle with him, or with a sweep something like that. Since he’s been in Buffalo that’s been a part of his game, but he is very good between the tackles
@MickyHottakes@RadiNabulsi I vividly remember him making explosive plays only for us to use him as our Cash Jones (no disrespect to DGD Cash Jones). The defense was so good it seemed like they just ran Zeus to beat up the other team so we could just run the whole 2nd half
@HighLevBaseball@rpdunn8 To be fair, I honestly think “handsy” is the baseball lingo that some scouts use when they don’t know what else to say about a swing. Kind of my hot take lol, and not directed at you just something I have noticed
@SCDisme@nytospain@JoeDoyleMiLB@OverSlot_ @ColeKuhn2 Exactly, and all they can do is regurgitate “it doesn’t matter how hard you throw ball 4” like all high school kids that throw under 90 are just like Maddux on the mound
