When @CoachBanta_RHS took the @ResiHS_Football job in February he told his players to "Trust the process." That process all came to fruition Friday night at Mt. Hebron in a 28-24 win as the Gators clinched the program's first Howard County championship.

It is with a heavy heart that we make this post. Joe McCulloh, not only our Defensive Coordinator but the heart and soul of this program, passed away this morning.

He coached for 38 years, 27 years at various Carroll County schools and the last 11 here at the Ridge.
