I would argue education is not data or curriculum driven and not even student driven. Education is relationship driven. Teachers thrive w/ positive admin relationships & students thrive w/ positive teacher relationships. Relationships drive education.

We shouldn’t punish kids for being kids. If they sit in desks too long, don’t be surprised if they get fidgety or talkative. Yes, there’s a time & place for quiet learning. But we need more time & places for kids to play, move, socialize & be kids. That's how they naturally learn

Students were given a project to recreate any game or sport and modify any rules of their choice. One student decided to do elephant polo and explained the history of this game to the class. The class then voted for us to play this game. #funlearningexperience @msa_w

My @msa_w family never seems to disappoint!!! Friday, I was surprised with a special school announcement, a beautiful potted plant, and a loud applause as I walked the hall for TOY! Today, @Mrs_C_MSA and I were surprised with a baby shower parade! I can’t thank you all enough!!
